A fee of £250 is payable to confirm the Booking, and will be subtracted from your final invoice. This fee is not returnable in the event of cancellation.

The Balance must be paid in full at least two weeks before the Wedding.  Payment may be by cash, cheque or card.

The preview disk is usually ready for collection within ten days of the Wedding.  A price list for prints, parents’ albums, frames etc. will be available, and is guaranteed for at least three months from the date of the Wedding.

A travel charge will be made if the Wedding or Reception is more than five miles from the Studio.

Our photographs are protected under the 1988 Copyright Act, and must not be copied, reproduced or downloaded without permission.

Occasionally we may use pictures for display in the Studio or as part of a portfolio, advert or exhibition.  No commercial use will be made of the images without the customers’ permission.
